BUTTER 2026

For BUTTER 2026, I worked across event marketing, design and operations, creating guest-facing assets and coordinating the details that moved two event experiences from planning to execution.

Design the touchpoints around the experience.

I created graphics for the BUTTER Founders' Dinner and invitation assets for the Preview Night After Party, including versions sized for text and email distribution. I also prepared and compiled printed collateral so the visual experience carried through from the invitation to the event itself.

Keep the guest experience organized behind the scenes.

I set up the Eventbrite page for the Founders' Dinner, managed ticket links and maintained the attendee list in Google Sheets. That included tracking dietary restrictions and allergies, troubleshooting attendee data and keeping event communications current as details changed.

Coordinate the pieces that make the night happen.

I worked across internal teams, GANGGANG and outside vendors to keep creative, communications and event production moving. That included invitation refinements for the Preview Night After Party, reminder emails, print coordination and collaboration around newsletter and social promotion.

From planning to place setting

The work showed up in the room.

Design on the table. Guest details accounted for. Communications sent. Vendors coordinated. People gathered. The work was not only in the assets. It was in the experience they helped bring together.
